Thanks for being there

It’s been four months since I left the security and comfort of a permanent home in favor of a life on the road. I’ve seen some beautiful places and wondrous creatures and even managed to photograph some of it. Some of you have accused me of being brave and even inspiring. But, as I contemplate where in this big country I want to go next, I’m grateful for all the friends who are traveling with me on this journey. I can’t thank you enough for coming along with me virtually, sending me encouragement and praise, and even helping out from a distance sometimes.

Feeling Small

The amount of support I have received from you, my friends, is incredible. And I just want to let you know that I truly appreciate every like, comment, and share of both this blog and my facebook posts. It humbles me when I consider how many people take time out of their busy lives to encourage me to keep doing what I do.

Breaking Through

I have to say, that you may have created a monster. I am absolutely reveling in my new life and have no desire to stop. So, I’m afraid I will continue to bombard you with posts and photographs for as long as I’m able. In fact, I’ve only just begun.

    I want to be just like you when I grow up! Oh yeah, I am 60. Seriously, which Nikon camera was it that you own and like so much? Your photos are simply wonderful, and so many to choose from!

    Hi Ron. I think once you’re over 50, growing up is optional! I currently shoot with the D800E and love it. Although I have a refurbished D7100 on order which I plan to use for wildlife.

    So nice to hear from you Becky. I’m sure Luna misses the romps with her doggie friends as I miss strolling around your beautiful property. Rest assured that whenever we are in the area again, we will come stay at Chinook RV Park.
